I&rsquo;m writing to inform you of one of your branches going above and beyond the required level of service often received from any business. I recently listed my home in Royston, Georgia and received 3 bids from competing extermination companies and chose Arrow out of Hartwell, Georgia due to their estimate being the lowest priced and my only requirement being a moisture barrier to get a clear termite letter according to the original technician.&nbsp;
A few weeks later technicians Noah L. and Josh H.&nbsp;returned and at the service manager Jason&#39;s request, remeasured the humidity under the house and found it to be at acceptable levels. Rather than sell me a product I did not need Jason called me personally and told me that the moisture barrier was not needed and I was granted the free and clear termite letter. The reason this is so significant is that these 3 employees displayed a level of honesty and integrity not often found in the business world today. This level of service has caused me to post on social media so all in the Hartwell area can use Arrow as their choice due to this level of integrity and fair business practice. These gentlemen need to be applauded and rewarded for their service and dedication to your company name. Furthermore, after speaking to Jason again to thank him and get your contact information his only response was, &quot;That is just what we do and how we treat all customers.&quot;

I just wanted to let your company know of an encounter I had with one of your employees this evening. He drove a truck with your logo on it. I was at a gas station after church and had pumped my gas and turned to get back in my vehicle. Well, the key wouldn&#39;t turn over. My husband wasn&#39;t with me and I couldn&#39;t reach him. And i live all the way in Brownsville. I almost panicked a bit as I&#39;ve never had that happen, I wasn&#39;t sure what to do. This man, who is evidently one of your employees was also pumping gas. I went to him and told him the problem and he gladly came to help me solve the problem. Which now I see was an easy fix. But i just really appreciate his kindness and willingness to lend a helping hand. I didn&#39;t catch his name, but who ever he is..just know you have a genuinely kind individual representing your company. Even though I&#39;ve never done business with you before, this one encounter will definitely ensure we choose Arrow as the need arises.&nbsp;

The young man who did my service was very respectful and professional. I appreciate some one who treats your house like it&#39;s their own! If he&#39;s due for a raise in pay &#8230; then pay him. He&#39;s a super good representative of your company. Asking questions that never occurred to me but were in my best interest. I appreciate someone who treats your house like it was theirs.

As a Realtor for 35 years, I have seen many vendors whose employees are so non-caring about how the job is done. It is very impressive to see someone like Sal who takes his job seriously and fights the &quot;Wildlife&quot; like a Navy Seal!
I am single and have no pets or children living at home.&nbsp; I try to keep a very clean house.&nbsp; I have recently had ants on my Kitchen Counters. I used the Grocery Store Raid and could not eliminate them.&nbsp; So I knew to call 911&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;better known as Sal!
Yesterday morning, I sprayed Raid on top of the Counter tops and no more ants appeared. When Sal arrived today, I said &quot; I have bad news for you&#8230;..I have not more ants!!&quot;&nbsp; Most techs would say &quot; O K &hellip;&hellip;.let me know if they come back But NOT SAL!!!☺
Sal said &quot; Please show me where they were&quot;.&nbsp; He looked all over the Counter tops and got on the floor beneath the Dishwasher and said &quot; Ah ha!!!! I have found your ant nest!!!&quot;.&nbsp; There were crumbs that had gotten under the Dishwasher and he saw many active ants there.&nbsp; He put out his &quot;magic potion&quot; and said the ants should now be history.
I just had to share how blessed I feel to have Sal as my tech to fight off unwanted visitors!

Yesterday on 8/21, a team from your office led by Eris B.&nbsp;worked on the crawl space of my home. We live in Dalton, GA and needed major help.
These guys were amazing! They arrived promptly at 8:00 and worked until 7:00 that evening. Eric was very courteous and thoroughly explained all the steps of the process. They cleaned everything up and we could not tell they had been working. It was great.
We will certainly share this with friends and neighbors and sing the praises of tis dynamic duo. Thank you for the professionalism of your workers.

My tech was Marshall J., and he came to our home last night.&nbsp; He was wonderful!&nbsp; So polite, friendly, and personable.&nbsp; He told me all I needed to know and what to expect over the course of the treatments.&nbsp; We had a great conversation as he is former Navy and so is my husband.&nbsp; Marshall was the kindest person I&#39;ve ever had in my home for any kind of service, and just a sweet human.&nbsp; I can&#39;t wait until our next service to see him again.&nbsp;

I just wanted to thank you again for your awesome customer service when I called your company this morning,&nbsp;Aug. 10, needing a termite letter for a home we are purchasing in Bleckley County. What an absolute pleasure talking to a&nbsp;knowledgeable lady who speaks clearly and knows her business like Kristin.
This was such a stark contrast to the experience I had yesterday with one of your competitors. Calls go to a call center and they won&#39;t even give you a phone number for the Dublin office&#8211;they transfer you. I asked the lady in Dublin for a direct number to her office in case I had more questions and she gave me another number that went to a call center. I asked her about a one-time inspection; she wasn&#39;t very interested in that but was really anxious to sign us up to a termite contract. I guess she lost interest in me as a customer when I refused to do that because I&#39;m still waiting for the return call she promised me from the technician, and for the call she promised to our point of contact in Georgia. They needn&#39;t bother.
Three minutes elapsed from the time you and I hung up this morning until the time you called me back to tell me that you had scheduled the inspection with our point of contact in Georgia. That is super service!
You are a wonderful representative for your company and a breath of fresh air in this day and age of customer NO service. I believe I understood you to say that once we complete the buying process you offer a free inspection. You can bet that we will be contacting you. I hope the rest of the Arrow staff is as professional and competent as you are.
