I’m writing to inform you of one of your branches going above and beyond the required level of service often received from any business. I recently listed my home in Royston, Georgia and received 3 bids from competing extermination companies and chose Arrow out of Hartwell, Georgia due to their estimate being the lowest priced and my only requirement being a moisture barrier to get a clear termite letter according to the original technician. 

A few weeks later technicians Noah L. and Josh H. returned and at the service manager Jason's request, remeasured the humidity under the house and found it to be at acceptable levels. Rather than sell me a product I did not need Jason called me personally and told me that the moisture barrier was not needed and I was granted the free and clear termite letter. The reason this is so significant is that these 3 employees displayed a level of honesty and integrity not often found in the business world today. This level of service has caused me to post on social media so all in the Hartwell area can use Arrow as their choice due to this level of integrity and fair business practice. These gentlemen need to be applauded and rewarded for their service and dedication to your company name. Furthermore, after speaking to Jason again to thank him and get your contact information his only response was, "That is just what we do and how we treat all customers."

Thank you gentlemen for allowing me to share my story with you and I hope that all of your branches can exemplify this level of quality and service. 

I just wanted to let your company know of an encounter I had with one of your employees this evening. He drove a truck with your logo on it. I was at a gas station after church and had pumped my gas and turned to get back in my vehicle. Well, the key wouldn't turn over. My husband wasn't with me and I couldn't reach him. And i live all the way in Brownsville. I almost panicked a bit as I've never had that happen, I wasn't sure what to do. This man, who is evidently one of your employees was also pumping gas. I went to him and told him the problem and he gladly came to help me solve the problem. Which now I see was an easy fix. But i just really appreciate his kindness and willingness to lend a helping hand. I didn't catch his name, but who ever he is..just know you have a genuinely kind individual representing your company. Even though I've never done business with you before, this one encounter will definitely ensure we choose Arrow as the need arises. 

The young man who did my service was very respectful and professional. I appreciate some one who treats your house like it's their own! If he's due for a raise in pay … then pay him. He's a super good representative of your company. Asking questions that never occurred to me but were in my best interest. I appreciate someone who treats your house like it was theirs.

A big THANKS to you all for taking care of this so quickly.  The house is sealed and the traps are set for the little critters.

As a Realtor for 35 years, I have seen many vendors whose employees are so non-caring about how the job is done. It is very impressive to see someone like Sal who takes his job seriously and fights the "Wildlife" like a Navy Seal!

I am single and have no pets or children living at home.  I try to keep a very clean house.  I have recently had ants on my Kitchen Counters. I used the Grocery Store Raid and could not eliminate them.  So I knew to call 911——–better known as Sal!

Yesterday morning, I sprayed Raid on top of the Counter tops and no more ants appeared. When Sal arrived today, I said " I have bad news for you…..I have not more ants!!"  Most techs would say " O K …….let me know if they come back But NOT SAL!!!☺

Sal said " Please show me where they were".  He looked all over the Counter tops and got on the floor beneath the Dishwasher and said " Ah ha!!!! I have found your ant nest!!!".  There were crumbs that had gotten under the Dishwasher and he saw many active ants there.  He put out his "magic potion" and said the ants should now be history.

I just had to share how blessed I feel to have Sal as my tech to fight off unwanted visitors!
