Hi, I'm Ken Mackenzie and am the Service Center Manager for our
Dickson office. I started my career in the pest management industry
eight years ago when I joined Arrow in Atlanta and recently had the
opportunity to relocate with my family to TN. I love working for
Arrow and going Beyond the Call to solve our customers' needs. Each
customer interaction is unique and it is my job to make sure our
customers know they are valued. Away from work, I enjoy coaching my
son's baseball team as well as golfing and bowling. I also love
cheering on the Atlanta Braves and the Kentucky Wildcats! Please
