I would like to recognize two exceptional employees (Heidi &
Anthony) from your Conyers office. Some people keep saying the art
of customer service no longer exists and I felt that same way UNTIL
dealing with these individuals. Heidi sent me an email to remind me
it was time for our yearly termite inspection and I was able to
quickly set up a date and time that were very convenient for me. A
big THANK YOU to her for being so prompt in responding to my
emails. Anthony is AWESOME! He took the time to explain to us what
to look for and what to be aware of regarding termite damage
(thankfully for us, we have no termites). He then took time to
explain what is covered in your pest control services, which we
decided to sign up for. His inspection was very thorough and the
level of customer service we received from him was astonishing! I
just wanted to give recognition where it was due. Both Heidi and
Anthony definitely deserve it!

Chad comes once a month to service our home. He is always friendly
and efficient and does an excellent job. Today, after spraying in
our basement, he told me he thought he smelled gas and that I might

past weekend and had had a mosquito problem prior. Arrow had
serviced our yard twice prior to the wedding but we saw a couple of

out here before our wedding and took care of everything. We saw no

We had to let Arrow know what great service we have been getting
from Wallace T. We had major issues with ants (like everyone else)
and he's treated a few times but after a week or so they were right
back and we'll call and Wallace is right back trying something
else. On Wednesday, 7/13, we arrived home and there was a work
order on the door where Wallace had just been in the area and
stopped by to treat the outside of our home again as a precaution.
Now that is customer service and one of the many reasons we choose

received from two of your employees Nathan and Turtle. They spent 4
days at our home removing old insulation, disinfecting and
reinsulating our entire attic after we had been invaded by
raccoons. I must say that they were two of the nicest men I have
ever worked with. They were polite, friendly, professional,
punctual, and went out of their way to make sure that we were
satisfied with their work! They were extremely neat and did an
excellent job cleaning up when the job was complete. Several of our
neighbors are interested in using Arrow for their insulation needs

Recently Greg M. did some repair work in my garage. He did an
excellent job and was very conscious about his work. Greg is
definitely good for Arrow's PR and I respect Arrow even more since
Greg has worked at my house. I have been a customer of Arrow since
the 1960's. As a realtor, I recommend Arrow to our subdivision
builders for construction and for homeowners. I have never been
