Hi, I'm Ben Tallent and the Service Center Manager for our Macon
location. I have been in the industry for almost 13 years, spending
all of them with the Arrow family. We call it the Arrow "family"
here because the atmosphere and support of my colleagues around the
office and throughout the company feels more like home than a
workplace. I love knowing that Arrow employees are the best of the
best and care deeply for solving our customers' needs. In my free
time I love hunting, golfing, fishing and spending time with my
wife and daughter. In addition, I love cheering on my Georgia

professional, he is a enjoyable to be around. In the years he has
been providing the service on my home, I have never found him to be
anything but that. He has shown not only courtesy to me and respect

Chad comes once a month to service our home. He is always friendly
and efficient and does an excellent job. Today, after spraying in
our basement, he told me he thought he smelled gas and that I might
consider getting someone to take a look. I called the gas company
immediately and they sent someone out. There definitely was a gas
leak which he took care of right then. Thanks so much to Chad not
only for detecting the gas odor, but for letting me know and
recommending that I have it checked. He is truly a hero and
deserves a commendation.
