Joe Thomas,
Arrow's Chairman of the Board, was honored by Pest Control
Technology magazine with The Crown Leadership Excellence Award for
positively contributing to the expansion and development of the
pest control industry as well as establishing strong ties with
fellow business leaders and customers in his community. Joe Thomas
truly is an icon in the pest control industry. Joe, along with his
brother Barry has led the company for 33 years. His vision, team
philosophy and commitment to excellence has been the catalyst for
our company's growth and success.
Not only is he passionate about the pest management industry, he is
an advocate of community involvement, supporting the March of
Dimes, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta pediatric hospital, Camp
Twin Lakes and St. Jude's Recovery Center, among others.
Emily Thomas Kendrick, Arrow's CEO &
President, is a respected leader and industry ambassador who has
co-chaired the Professional Women in Pest Management organization
and in 2007 was elected to the National Pest Management Association
Board of Directors as an At-Large member. In May 2007, Pest Control
Magazine featured Emily in their "Newsmaker" article, and The
Atlanta Business Chronicle featured Emily in their "Women at Work"
article, both honoring this dedicated industry advocate. As an
active member of the Young President's Organization, Emily meets
with business leaders from various industries to exchange ideas and
challenge one another.
While overseeing the daily operations of Arrow's fast growing $121
Million company, Emily is committed to maintaining the close knit
culture of her family's business. She is truly devoted to her
extended family of employees, Arrow's customers, the environment
